Microwave hermetically sealed connector (MHSC or "МСРГ") consists of coax micro-socket (CMS-50 or "МРК-50") and coax hermetical insert (CHI-50 or "ВГК-50"); it is used for the connection of microwave scheme placed in the hermetical cases with another devices in which is used the microwave coax transmission line (from 0 up to 18 GHz). MHSC could be delivered in two variants: the coax micro-socket with the metric or inch thread. Whitworth (inch) thread according to the Customer's request. For both variants MHSC is furnished with the same 50 ? coax hermetical insert (see Fig.1.)

    The coax micro-socket with narrow flange is the coax line filled by dielectric, one edge is ended of narrow metal flange by which the coax micro-socket is attached to the device case and the fingered bushing of central conductors provides the reliable contact with the central conductor of 50 ? coax hermetical insert. From contrary side the micro-socket is ended by coax conductor (having ratio 4/1.2) - with two variants of thread depend of Customer's request:
      а) 1.4", 36 threads per inch (SMA-type), (МСРГ-50-001Д);
      б) М6x0.75 ("Grad"-type), (МСРГ -50-001М).
    50 Ohm coax hermetical insert (CHI-50-001) is the coax line filled by melted C52-1 glass (OST 11.027.010-75) with bulged out central conductor from the both sides; one edge of central conductor is connected with the fingered bushing of micro-socket and other edge of central conductor forms small length of coax line without filling by dielectric which is mounted on 50 ? strip line performed on 0.5 mm alumina substrate according to Fig.2.

    OPERATING CONDITIONS:
- ambient temperature: from minus 600С up to +700С;
- humidity at temperature 350С - 98% without direct ingress of moisture (water) onto the place of surfaces joining without guarantee of operating under of aggressive ambient condition ( salted mist and so on);
- mechanical stresses for all group of devices according to GOST V.20.39.304-76 excluding shock loading testing of group 4;
- average life up to 15 years.
