TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF BPP Ku-FREQUENCY RANGE.
Function of RTB Ku:
      Receiving-transmitting block (RTB Ku) is a remote block of the frequency conversion in receiving and transmitting routes of Ku satellite communication station. Moreover, RTB Ku has a range of specific functions on remote control of the other equipment connected to it, such as L-band modem equipment, PAB Ku and LNA Ku.
Main characteristics of the transmitting route RTB Ku:
      - operating frequency range of the input signal 950…1450 MHz;
      - operating frequency range of the output signal 14,0…14,5 GHz;
      - transfer ratio: 28…32 dB (in normal ambient conditions).
Characteristics of the amplitude-frequency irregularity:
      - no more than 2 dB in operating frequency range;
      - no more than 0,5 dB in any band of 40 MHz operating frequency range.
Transfer ratio instability at a constant level of the input signal:
      - no more than ±1 dB in operating temperatures range;
      - input standing-wave ratio: no more than 1,2;
      - output standing-wave ratio: no more than 1,2;
      - output signal level during compression at 1 dB: not less than +10 dBm.
Main characteristics of the receiving route RTB Ku:
      - input signal operating frequency range 12,25…12,75 GHz;
      - output signal operating frequency range 950…1450 MHz;
      - transfer ratio 32…38 dB ( in normal ambient conditions).
Characteristics of the amplitude-frequency irregularity:
      - no more than 2 dB in the whole operating frequency range;
      - no more than 0,5 at any 40 MHz band of operating frequency range.
Transfer ratio instability at a constant level of the input signal:
      - no more than ±1 dB in operating temperatures range;
      - noise ratio no more than 15 dB;
      - input standing-wave ratio: no more than 1,25;
      - output standing-wave ratio: no more than 1,2;
      - output signal capacity level during compression at 1 dB not less than +10 dBm.
